We’re continuing our series of classes exploring Longevity Yoga and Qigong fundamentals to promote healthy breathing patterns, and to stretch and open the body for your own personal optimal circulation and flexibility. We will learn exercises and postures that are accessible and efficient for feeling internally, developing energy in the body, and for clearing blockages that impede its flow.
